How to Find a Good Landlord

Request when the landlord is part of an expert organization. This shows they are familiar with the rights and responsibilities they have.
•You have to make sure that  the homeowner dives you a proper Tenancy  agreement that both of you have to sign.  This is actually the contract between you and the landlords with details for your tenancy and responsibilities.
Make sure your deposit is safe.  Landlords are needed to protect their tenant’s deposit having a government-authorised plan for example mydeposits and inform the tenant they have done this.  If there's a dispute within the return from the deposit, the plan can help resolve it.

•    Make sure the landlord offers an inventory, detailing furnishings inside the property as well as their condition.  Both sides should accept its contents and sign it.
•    Make sure you see gas safety record showing that the property is safe
•    Make sure you have disscussed all bills you have tof pay.
·       Let the Landlord know if any repairs are needed.
